Shipping policy

How do we ship and what is the pricing?

We use a variety of couriers including Australia Post to ship your order. You will be advised via email as to the method your order will be shipped to you.

Where do we ship?

We only ship within Australia.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please send us an email at admin@deafdogrescue within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours if the item is shipped to your given address. Hear No Evil is not responsible for wrong shipping after the time period. If the shipment is returned to Hear No Evil the customer will have to pay for the item to be resent.

How Long Will My Package Take?

This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to.

All items are fulfilled from our warehouses located in Australia and will depend on the delivery location. Delivery, therefore, can take between 4-10 days.

Missing Package?

On that rare occasion that your item goes missing or shows up late don't worry! All you need to do is contact us and we will assist you in tracking your order.
